1. Data controller
The data controller is the operator of the Sesini Duyan Var platform whose current legal identity, address, telephone and email are published on the Contact page.
2. Data categories
We process identity and contact details; password hashes and account security data; province, district, neighbourhood and optional detailed address; radio and preparedness equipment entered by the member; comments and referral records; consent choices; and, only after a separate permission and an explicit save action, latitude, longitude, accuracy and time.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Account and inventory data are used to provide and secure the membership service, meet legal duties and protect legitimate interests. Precise location and marketing communications rely on separate, informed and withdrawable consent where required.
4. Location
Precise location is not a condition of membership. There is no background or continuous location tracking. The browser requests location only when the member presses the save-location button. Members can delete their records and disable permission.
5. Disclosure
Data may be shared with hosting, email and security suppliers only as necessary, and with public authorities where legally required. Equipment and precise location are not published. Member comments become public only after moderation.
6. Retention
Membership data is retained while the account is active; security and legal records for applicable statutory periods; verification and password-reset tokens for short periods. Account deletion removes associated profile, equipment, location, referral and comment records, except records that must legally be retained.
7. Your rights
You may ask whether and how your data is processed, request access or correction, request deletion where conditions apply, learn recipients, object to unlawful automated outcomes and seek compensation for unlawful processing, subject to applicable Turkish data-protection law.

9. Separate choices
Reading this notice is not consent. Precise location, marketing and non-essential cookies are separate choices and may be withdrawn. Refusing them does not prevent basic membership.
